Maple Salmon
1/4 c maple syrup
2 tblsp soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic, plus 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder if I'm feeling lazy)
pepper
1 lb salmon
In a shallow baking dish, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper.
After coating salmon in the marinade, place salmon skin side up, cover, and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
