Ham and Mushroom Fettucini
3/4 lb cooked ham
2 tblsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb mushrooms
1 tblsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/4 c fat-free evaporated milk
1/2 c frozen peas, thawed
cooked fettucini
Saute ham in oil until lightly browned. Remove with a slotted spoon.
Saute onion for 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms and saute 3 minutes.
Stir in flour, rosemary, and pepper until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened.
Stir in fettucine, ham, and peas.
