Fajita Marinade
 
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c beer
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1 tblsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh black pepper
