Chicken with Peppers and Basil
 
  • 3 tblsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tblsp minced red chili peppers
  • 4 gloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tblsp A Taste of Thai Fish Sauce
  • 1 c coarsely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 lb chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 bell peppers, red, green, and yellow, chopped
  • In stir-fry pan, combine oil, red chili peppers, garlic, and Fish Sauce.
  • Over medium heat, cook together for 2 minutes.
  • Add basil, chicken, and peppers.
  • Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
