Chicken with Peppers and Basil
3 tblsp vegetable oil
3 tblsp minced red chili peppers
4 gloves garlic, minced
2 tblsp A Taste of Thai Fish Sauce
1 c coarsely chopped fresh basil
1 lb chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 bell peppers, red, green, and yellow, chopped
In stir-fry pan, combine oil, red chili peppers, garlic, and Fish Sauce.
Over medium heat, cook together for 2 minutes.
Add basil, chicken, and peppers.
Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
