- Place milk, mayo, and ranch mix in a blender.
- Juice the lime in there too.
- Toss in the garlic, cilantro and green salsa.
- Blend and put in the refrigerator for several hours to thicken.
- Put about 1 tblsp of oil and 1 tblsp of butter in a saute pan and heat over medium high heat. You know it's ready when a small pinch of flour starts sizzling and turning light golden brown.
- Cut the fish in half lengthwise. Sprinkle salt and seasoning on both sides and dredge in flour. Drop into the pan.
- Cook until golden brown on each side.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cole slaw mix, and cilantro-ranch dressing. Lord that's good.
