Beer Bread
 
  • 3 c self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 12 oz can beer
  • Use large Teflon bread pan or coat with Pam with flour.
  • Mix flour with sugar; then add can of beer and mix.
  • Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Take out of oven and pour butter over. Put back in oven for 10-15 minutes until brown.
