Beer Bread
3 c self-rising flour
1/4 c sugar
1 12 oz can beer
Use large Teflon bread pan or coat with Pam with flour.
Mix flour with sugar; then add can of beer and mix.
Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Take out of oven and pour butter over. Put back in oven for 10-15 minutes until brown.
